Greatness has two aspects.
FirstThe inherent circumstances.
They are governed by factors beyond our control.
But greatness is present too and shows itself in our attitude and our dignified approach to issues.
Even a person with only stumps at knee for his legs can stand up erect and look others on their eyes and receive them with smile.
A smile need not have teeth or even fine lips. That is dignity.
And that is real greatness.
