Doing some pooja every day..
and having a dialogue with the idols or pictures is really a nice idea..
Our mind gradually turns to God and the Parabrahman.. and we may experience a sort of fleeting unity with Him who manifests in the idoly, just for a tiny flash of time..
But with time, the experience will occupy longer time, the necessity for symbols and prods will vanish..
and maybe if that does not happen in this life..
we can start over again in the next..
This funny birth and death scenario has to end.. and we have to find ourselves.. and the Unity.. is it not?
We can at least think about such things.. Many do not care, and many are not aware..
That is life.
