It is easy for nature to decide it.. because what is right is decided by nature..and her companion the Maker always agrees..

But often the person, place and even time appear to raise dissenting notes.. They protest in vain and finally comply

Conflicts we see are when Nature or Her ally the Maker have to apply force to put things in proper places.
