Science is just a discipline which analyzes the properties of things created by an entity far beyond the jurisdiction of science.
The analysis too is done using the mind and brain created and provided by that being beyond science.
Therefore science and the spirit of science can never arrogate to itself the capacity to rub shoulders with the creator.
If a small boy just sits on the shoulder of his father and the father is walking along and the boy is thinking that he is directing the journey of the father it is just illusion.
Maybe Krishna is smiling at us with indulgence when we try to find and highlight the "scientific spirit" in his deeds and creations.
He is the science and He is the Gita too
