three things are decided and bound tight by the ropes of time.

त्रयः कालकृताः पाशाः शक्यन्ते नानुवर्तितुम्।

विवाहो जन्ममरणं यदा यत्र तु येन च॥

पद्मपुराणे भूमिखण्डे

trayaḥ kālakṛtāḥ pāśāḥ śakyante nānuvartitum|

vivāho janmamaraṇaṁ yadā yatra tu yena ca||

padmapurāṇe bhūmikhaṇḍe

Three things in human life are evolved or deviced by time and fate.. three things are decided and bound tight by the ropes of time. The dictates to time and fate in these matters can never be circumvented

They are marriage, birth and death. Time and serendipity decides when, where and in whose company and with whom these happen.

त्रयःthree कालकृताः evolved by fate, time, पाशाः ties, bondages, अनुवर्तितुं to overcome, to control न शक्यन्ते not possible विवाहो marriage जन्म birth मरणं birth यदा when यत्र where येन with whom तु च too

ത്രയഃ കാലകൃതാഃ പാശാഃ ശക്യന്തേ നാനുവര്തിതും।

വിവാഹോ ജന്മമരണം യദാ യത്ര തു യേന ച॥

പദ്മപുരാണേ ഭൂമിഖണ്ഡേ

ജീവിതത്തിലെ മൂന്ന് കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ നമ്മുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങാതെ കാലവും വിധിയും നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നവയാണ്. ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങളെ കാലം സ്വന്തം കയറുകള്‍ കൊണ്ട് കെട്ടി ഉറപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ആ കെട്ടുകള്‍ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കാന്‍ ആര്‍ക്കും സാധ്യമല്ല.

ജനനം, മരണം വിവാഹം എന്നിവയാണ് ഈ മൂന്നു കാര്യങ്ങള്‍.

എന്ന്, എപ്രകാരം, എവിടെ വച്ചു ആരുടെ കൂടെ, ആരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തില്‍ ഇവ സംഭവിക്കും എന്ന് കാലമാല്ലാതെ മറ്റാര്‍ക്കും തീരുമാനിക്കാന്‍ ആവില്ല.
