decision taken out of anger, pride or greed ensures place in hell

मानाद्वा यदि वा लोभात्क्रोधाद्वा यदि वा भयात्।

यो न्यायमन्यथा ब्रूते स याति नरकं नरः॥ इन्दिश्चे स्प्रुचे २१८१ पञ्चतन्त्रे

mānādvā yadi vā lobhātkrodhādvā yadi vā bhayāt|

yo nyāyamanyathā brūte sa yāti narakaṁ naraḥ|| indiśce spruce 2181 pañcatantre

If a man decides an issue falsely or dishonesty and unjustly

either out of anger, pride or greed, then he has reserved his sure slot in hell.

Of course not only deciding, but giving evidence or testimony that would lead to unfair decisions too would attract the same consequences.
