मन्त्रिरूपाः हि रिपवः संभाव्यन्ते विचक्षणैः।
ये सन्तं नयमुत्सृज्य सेवते प्रतिलोमतः॥ इन्दिश्चे स्प्रुचे २११८ पञ्चतन्त्रे
mantrirūpāḥ hi ripavaḥ saṁbhāvyante vicakṣaṇaiḥ|
ye santaṁ nayamtsṛjya sevate pratilomataḥ||
indiśce spruce 2118 pañcatantre
The discerning public would consider the deputies and assistants serving the state or the king and pursuing wrong and faulty policies abandoning the right path and at the same time calling themselves as Ministers as staunch enemies of the state in disguise.
