We really have a lot of things that richly deserve our eternal gratitude

Often we tend to look down upon activities of routine nature, the activities that  repeat themselves  with  boresome  precision.

The lady of the house  cleaning the frontyard, making coffee, tea and cooking daily  food, the local  petty shopkeeper opening  his trade outlet without  any let up, the priest or poojari opening the temple at the same time every morning..

There are many such routine activities.

Except for the persons directly engaged in them, others would not deem it fit even to notice such activities.

But just  think of the situation when there is some interruption caused by factors affecting the individual workers or by vagaries in climate or social functions

Athat time,  the life  of the entire community gets dislocated, often life for all gets into disarray..

Of course, at that moment all people start  getting concerned about the routine unobtrusive and unsung services rendered by the dedicated but ordinary  human beings.

Yes, the platform and foundation for  our continued hassle-free existence is provided by many dedicated souls whose presence we  fail to notice.

Perhaps we might include God,Sun, moon, rivers mountains, seas, and many others too in this category.

We really have a lot of things that richly deserve our eternal gratitude.
