हरिर्हरति पापानि दुष्टचित्तैरपि संस्मृतः ।
अनिच्छन्नपि संस्पृष्टो दहत्येव हि पावकः॥

harirharati pāpāni duṣṭacittairapi sṁṛtaḥ|
anicchannapi saṁspṛṣṭo dahatyeva hi pāvakaḥ||

Lord Krishna the Hari destroys the sins committed by even evil minded people who meditate upon Him. If something gets in contact with fire, even if such contact is not voluntary but against desire, still the thing gets burnt to ashes.
दुष्ट चित्तैः by people with evil, turbid mind संस्मृतः being remembered, being meditated on अपि too हरि Lord Hari, Krishna पापानि sins हरति annihilates, destroys
अनिच्छन् even without any desire संस्पृष्टः having been touched अपि too पावकः the fire दहति एव burns, inundates indeed.
ഹരിര്ഹരതി പാപാനി ദുഷ്ടചിത്തൈരപി സംസ്മൃതഃ ।
അനിച്ഛന്നപി സംസ്പൃഷ്ടോ ദഹത്യേവ ഹി പാവകഃ॥
ശ്രീ ഹര്യഷ്ടകം
ഭഗവാന് കൃഷ്ണന്, ഹരി അവിടുത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ശ്രദ്ധയൊന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ സ്മരിക്കുന്ന ദുഷ്ടന്മാര് ചെയ്ത പാപങ്ങള് പോലും മുച്ചൂടും നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
ഒരുവിധത്തിലും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാതെ ആണെങ്കിലും ഒരു വസ്തു തീയില് വീണുപോയാല് അതിനെ തീയ് ചുട്ടു ചാമ്പലാക്കാതിരിക്കുകയില്ലല്ലോ.
